Free Trial? No Credit Card needed?

I have downloaded this game this evening, on the basis that I would get a free two week trial to try the game out, learn how to play etc, as you do before committing to paying to play.

However, in order to access the training section, I have been asked to give my credit card details (contrary to what the main website declares: "We are so confident in our product and service, we do not ask for any credit or debit card to get you going. ")

I have entered my details, assuming i won't be charged, and hoping that this would allow me to access the training.

I can't access the training.... ??! Therefore can't learn how to fly...
Will I be charged now that I have given my detail??

Can anyone clarify what is going on??

Can you get to "Online Play"? If yes, all is well, and you can go to the "Training Arena" in the arena listing.
As I told you in your othere thread, the "Training" feature on clipboard is one not implemented yet.

That's exaxctly what I'm saying all the time...

The two week free trial does not require a credit card.  The only time the game will ask for a credit card to a new users occurs at the first login to give you a chance to subscribe and get more free time at the same time.

The other time is when the free trial expires.

Now, if you have ever had an account the game will automatically ask you to subscribe as there is only one free two week trial per member allowed.

The game can false trigger from time to time, and if this is the case, then contact Carrie (billing@hitechcreations.com 817-251-1540) with the login ID of the account and ask why the two week trial is not working for you.

This is not something that can be solved over the bulletin board.
