Saw that one night.  I was landed on the main pad at a v-base zooming in and out looking at my Hellcat from external view when I zoomed into the barracks.  I couldn't get the right zoom to read what was on the chalkboard and signs though.

Na it's a SS I took while in game.. Just go to any port hit F3 then F8 and you can get inside the troop barrack closest to the tower.
