take your friends advice, give it up. You had no clue what goes on there.
In fact it seems many of you don't know what TANK KLUB was.
Sloehand was the moderator and organizer. He planned certain games for us to play using GV's.
Some of my favorites were:
Joust... 3-4 tanks roll at each other staying within certain boundary's and can not stop to fire. They must always be moving.
Jeep Relay races were set up using 10 to 15 teams with 3 or four players each
Jeep track races... all out mayhem around a designated route
Small group of
Tigers defend town against many incoming T34's... very cool
Forgot name but
tanks enter town and last man standing sort of game.
First team to
destroy certain buildings in town and protect others wins...very hard to find some of the buildings and easy to get killed if your not watching.
So you see, it was mostly group games he devised for us to play and have fun. He had as many as 30 or more people involved and spent his own time organizing it. The people who came enjoyed themselves and
the people who bombed the Klub came from an air base far away. Their only intention was to destroying a good thing. The Klub had been gathering every Sunday at the same time for weeks.. they knew it was happening and came for them.
