Recall the Mindanao question I had about the troop factory location? I went to the location you told me (the extreme left middle section of 10.10) and guess what I found? A freaking city! Now, go to the SE corner of 7.10 (along the shore) and guess what you find? Another freaking city! One more guess what -- guess which sides the cities belong to? Both are Bishop (offline.)
Uhhhh, is it supposed to be that way?
