Apple TV
« on: August 22, 2008, 03:06:41 PM »
I'm considering getting Apple TV as the on-demand stuff from my cable provider (Cox) is all 4:3 and standard def.

Has anyone got it / tried it? Any opinions?

What's the advantages of the higher disk capacity version?

Should I forget it and just get a blu-ray player and subscription to Netflixs instead?

Cheers,
Wooley

I'm waiting a few years to see what other people come up with.  Someone will probably make such software available for most computers, if it's not already.

However, it is cheap compared to a computer and you have it dedicated to your TV.

Buy it, and let us know! :D
