shure helicopters were used on ww2 but they did not have combat roles, they were used by the germans in the alps  to transport supplies in !!harsh mountain terrains!!, something that we dont have much of, unless aces high evolves into more of a battlefield game ( i doubt it ) i dont see helicopters in the game.

Wrong Japanese did have a combat gyro during WWII.
