Argh... Only a model :lol
Nice pics.

I took that one for you m00t :D  I was hoping to see a real one, but alas it was not to be.

Schleissheim, Germany has more WWII birds.  If Lusche/Snailman can find info. on the museum, I would like to visit there next time I go.

I went to the Schleissheim 'Castle' to see a concert but I didn't see where the museum was.

Yeah.. As far as I remember, there's only one of em left in the world (one or two others simply disappeared from the paper trail somewhere/time after getting into Brit/US hands).  And the owners (Smithsonian) still haven't said when/how they're restoring it.

That would be for another forum hehehe.  Oh, and I had Weißwurst :D I didn't suck it out of the casing either.  And I had a lot of Paulaner Hells, HB, and many micro brewery beers in the München area :)

Been there a couple of times, and it's one heck of a museum. If you want more, go to England, - DUXFORD.
Especially on a Sunday ;)
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)
