N1K2 conserves E very well. TOO well for a TnBer, IMO.

I hope that Pyro can take a look into it

I think the N1K model needs just a little adjustment. Its supposed to be strong, and should stay strong, - but its just a little too much as it is now.

read the post .....i have his film and mine.
we were at 360 ias at the merge. in his film it is very clear he pulled way over 5g's on the reversal.

i think the niki is the thoughest plane too fight it's very lethal too. any dweep can kill me in that plane  

When they higher as me my only option is runaway and pray ofcourse.

When F6F pilots met the N1K for the first time, they reported it doing "impossible turns".

The thing was REALLY good.  When it worked.

Nikkis are tough to get my sights on.. but I've seen more than a few auger after a dive.

I almost worry more about a lower Nikki than a higher one.
