Yeah right so Greenland will just pass off all the ice into water and then it magically ALL fills the ocean to overflowing without any water being retained? Greenland ONLY is going to melt and the arctic regions ice will stay frozen? Your living in fantasy land. Even if all the ice in the world melted the ocean levels would not rise one inch.

Heres an experiment for everyone that loves global warming. This will prepare you for the coming arctic melt.

Experiment 1:

required equipment

1 glass
Ice to fill the glass
Water

Fill a glass full of ice. Fill the space remaining in the glass with water. Wait until the ice melts completely.

If the water starts to overflow from the glass during the melting process then proceed to experiment 2: Building the Ark

Nice try.  Full glass of water and two big ice cubes melting into it.

This is not "Global Warming - Debunked". Its "Flooding debunked". The cause of the Ice to melt is STILL Global Warming, no matter if there is flooding or not as a result of it.

I am (personally) not so concerned about water level rising, but for the lack of decent winters during recent years. It sucks walking in rain and slush instead of having snow for ski'ing and natural ice for skating. That was the standard normal winter still a decade or two ago around where I live. Seems like one needs to move northwards in the future to have decent winters.

And still some resource hogging, wastefully living people have no decency to worry even slightly about our shared globe. They don't care what they leave to their kids... if they even have any. "There is no such thing as global warming.... if it means I have to change my wasteful ways... or if it cuts my immediate profits" ...  yeah, sure.

Normally in August I cant stand the heat enough to do any golfing. This year I got four rounds in already and it wasnt too bad. My cousins report from ANWR (missionary trip) is that the Inuit say the ice is 'softer' but the polar bears are plentiful (now that they are protected in U.S. lands the Inuit cannot hunt them in U.S. territory at least). Inuit of the Arctic region reported that the polar bear was (and should be) managed through hunting. Protecting the species will result in starving bears because their population numbers are already at a maximum for the foraging range they have. Inuit know that when you see polar bears ranging beyond their normal foraging range that it is because the territorial species is over populated. Protecting bears was a political move to bring attention to global warming and will only harm the polar bear as a species. Today there are between 20000-25000 polar bears up from an estimated 15500 in 1972. In the United States polar bears are a federally protected species ever since the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972. Only Native people (Inuit) could hunt them and have always been involved in managing the species. Listing them as threatened was a pointless gesture.

The Inuit people have more then 100 words for snow (actually alot more). They say the pattern in ice/snow behavior we see today has occured before (60 years ago) so get ready for a hard winter! I would consider them to be more expert on their eco-system then anything a U.S. scientist (bound to politically controlled funding) has to say.

Note also that the protection bill for polar bears contained a caveat allowing oil drilling in polar bear habitats (according to Sierra Club). Its not about the bears nor climate. Its about raping you for more tax dollars.

While this is VERY true... the Global Warming fear is not concerned about sea based ice... The problem is the land based ice that is not is not currently displacing water.

I got a better experiment.   

Take that glass
Pour out most of the water
Keep the ice
Fill halfway with a good scotch
then hand it to me.

We'll need to repeat the experiment 3-4 times to verify our results.
