Has the time arrived???

Now that 105.2 has arrived is it time to have 2 arena's?? one with Pac Planes and one with Euro Planes.  I seems to me that this would cut the Chog problem down for the Euro guys since it wouldn't be there and LW guys would rule the sky with their 190's etc.. It would of course eliminate the LW from Pac but I guess you see my drift.  The tiffie guys would also be restricted to Euro, along with the Jug fliers, but the Hog, F6F, TBM, Zeke, Nikki, and of course Navy would be restricted to Pac.

Why would the jug be restricted from the pac arena under your plan?

The P-47 served in the Pacific during WW2. I'm pretty sure the Brits flew them in Southeast Asia. And my 1/48 P-47D is painted up as Neal Kirby's "Fiery Ginger" (Fiery Ginger III to be exact). Kirby was the leading USAAF P-47 in the Pacific, with 22 kills at the time of his death.

how bout seperate arenas, one that focuses more on carrier fighting and another thats more land based

Just add the ship bases to the MED arena and toss the PAC planes out of it and the Europeans, and some of us have another option.

We need a couple of these cool Italian bombers and floatplanes too.
