Twenty-four hour coverage of the convention from all three networks?  I am literally hearing Obamas name at least once every two minutes.  What kind of coverage do you think the Republican convention will get?

Yep.. this is a guy who is tied in the polls with someone who hasn't even been seen by the media.

I think that even the dumbest American will be able to see the agenda of the media by now and get disgusted and distrustful.   The manipulation by the media is getting so blatant that it will start to anger and disgust most reasonable people.

it almost appears as though the press in general want him elected. everywhere i turn, i see a picture of him, or hear his name, or read his name.

 most people are stupid. what'll happen, is that they'll walk into the voting booths, and see the name that they've seen most, and choose that name.  if the newspapers, media, and intardnet continue pummeling us with his name, i think it's a safe bet that he'll be our next president.

 today in my local paper, the front page is an article telling us how much his wife loves this country.......when i open my yahell mail, there's ALWAYS SOMETHING abut him there. same with my aohell mail. it's actually fairly annoying.

Maybe we all take a bias in what we are seeing.  I've heard McCain or Republican news just as much as I've heard Obama news.  Then again I don't get my news from 24 hour TV channels.  That one show with the "Situation Room" bugs the hell outta me.

In my opinion the media is biased towards Obama.

Lately it seems as if even Fox spends more time reporting on the messiah.

Of course the people are going to vote him into office.

but you can not really blame the reporters, they went to a liberal school and were taught by liberal teachers at a time when their brains were still soft and moldable.

political conventions are apparently not for the thinking person - they'd rather the focus stay on whatever imaginary verbal and visual fantasy they can create - at least in this Dem convention.

I did kind of like Teddy Kennedy's scrappiness in the face of death even tho I can't stand the guy.

Michelle Obama's speech sounded like one of those beauty contestants' "cure world hunger in our lifetime" speeches.  Sounded a bit phoney to me.  She is smart and well dressed tho.
