How many kills before your first death ?

When the campaign first start, have anyone ever push their luck and see how many kills they get before finally get shot down? I've tried it and got to 50kills before my first death. Though, after the first death I just didn't care enough to fly carefully anymore and just suicide a lot.

My best was 48 in the 109K-4 until I collided with a bomber drone.

It's fun  trying to not die on the first life ya get in the campaign right Gava, and it's sure as hell difficult trying not to die on that first life!

I always try to not die. Why would it make any difference when the Tour first starts?

By the way, even though I try to not die, I do it often enough to be really good at it.

Well that first life is where I'd run and stuff if I have to while trying NOT to die!

I usually manage 2-3 kills before I die, and I don't usually land them either.

I ran off 108 at the start of a tour once... then got shot down by a 234.... yup   a 234.

66 or 68 can't remember, that was in a F4U. Of course the first death i got cocky and did something stupid.

I think my record was being killed at least 42 times before I caused a death.

I always try not to die. I hate getting shot down. When I go up, I'm up to get kills and bring them home again.

However I also tend to be a little aggressive and keep pushing for them.. As a result, I usually end up ending a kill streak with something incredibly ridiculous (not of my making). It was either this or last tour while harassing four F6Fs and an F4U-1 with a squaddie in a pair of 4-Hogs that I bought it when diving on the -1, and the birdcage pulled up at the last minute. RIGHT INTO ME. We both took the collision nose-on, and there was nothing I could do to avoid it. Similar thing happened while toying with a Spit in my 1A. This past Saturday I was making passes on a formation of Ju-88s. Had one drone down, the leader smoking, and as I made a close pass the remaining drone warped right through my plane and took my wing off with a collision.

My best was I think 28. Before dying in some similarly unbelievable fashion.

Shawk has the record of 186 kills no deaths no ditches. Also he did this in a 190d.. BTW his kills per hours were very high.

I never had the dedication to go for a tour record but my best was one flight in a tempest. 54 kills no vulches with 3 rearms... I do have film of the last 1/2 of that flight..
