XP SP3

None for me (so far).  Been running it since May.

I've been running it for a couple of months now.  I think my system takes a little longer to boot up than it did before but no other issues.

I have no interest in installing SP3 on my system. I'm leaving it off for the time being.

I should also note that I haven't seen any benefits to installing it.

I installed it and see no obvious differences good or bad. 

I did read the EULA (I do that nowadays for entertainment purposes) and it went on and on about DRM related things, but I have no idea if any additional DRM, or what kind, was added.

The IT department where I work isn't implementing it.  As glitchy and touchy as some of the software we use is, I can certainly see why.

XP SP3 is fine

It's just SP2 and all it's updates made into one.

I've been running it for months with no issues at all. Which is scary in itself. <shudders>

make sure that you disable the QoS RSVP service if you've installed SP3.  It's useless and not needed.

Quite so.

SP3 offers no new functionality and fixes no bugs for me. Knowing the coad bloat that went into Vista, the same mentality probably went into SP3. Like flashing a BIOS, I wouldn't do it unless it adds something. In this case, it just doesn't.
