I didn't read the whole document, but, although it surely has a historical interest (it's a June 1940 document, IIRC before the RAF tactics where modified to counter the superior German formations) it looks like it's of limited interest if you plan to use those tactics in game. You can find better readings about winging in the SimHq Air Combat Corner (www.simhq.com)
