The Panther V G would be significantly superior to any tank we have in AH.  Front armor that is tougher than the Tiger I's and a gun that is more powerful than the Sherman Firefly VC's 17lber.

IIRC the 75mm on the Panther had similar penetration to the 88mm on the Tiger.

Actually the design of the Panther had a flaw that caused a "bullet trap" between the Gun mantel and the main body of the tank, and when hit there would cause catostrophic damage.  The Panther was also notorious for break downs and was very unreliable in the field.
