Wirbel is good for AH

The wirbelwind is one of the best things in AH simply because it takes down vultures so quickly.  With all of the noe base sneaking, ganging and vultching that goes on, here's something that keeps 'em honest.  It should NEVER be perked.

I like the wirbelwind too, but not that I'm all that good in it.  I just think it gives the GVs a bit of a chance.  It's still pretty easy to kill with bombs when attacking from the air, but it's not as easy to avoid as the Ostwind is.  GVs used to be total sitting ducks to aircraft, now with the wirbelwind, the GVs have more of a chance.  The planes will usually still win, but it's at least a contest now.

I don't play the real estate agent often, so anything that helps the friendly ground pounders hold their ground suits me nicely. The weeble wobble is a versatile and tough machine too, so it's handy for a fighter jock like myself.

 when i first started playing, i liked the tank town that was in the middle island..don't know the map, but it was in mw a few nights ago.
 i sucked, and still do in tanks, but it was a blast. almost like a furball for tanks.
 i never see a lot anymore though, as when we're there fighting, we get egged, or straffed by guys in planes looking for easy quick kills. it got so bad, i just stopped going to tank town alltogether.

Wirby vs Attacking Jabos is one of the best matchups in the game...

If you are a jabo driver, a wirby can ruin your day, if you don't have
the wirbydodge manuever down pat...

Seen several good ones, have a good one in my bag of tricks myself...
Whats funny tho, is that you can ID a pilot, by his style of wirbydodge...

Its a fact tho, that the days of flyin straight down their gunbarrel
and passing between the osti shells are over...

Then you have the really good wirbygunners, who can kill ya on the move...
That is devastating to the lankstukas at a Vbase...

Don't see those low lanks so often anymore... Ppl have learned how to
time their drop, and make them miss.... Then tear the crap out of them
as they pass overhead...

Toughest targets for wirby IMO,  IL2, F6F, and to a lesser degree A20..

Wirby is good, revel in it my friends...

I have only used the Wirble twice. Both times, it was too easy to hit enemy A/C. I prefer challenging myself with doing more with less, so it's either the Osti or M16. Same with my choice of planes- I'll take one with less performance in some aspect anytime over some "training-wheel" ride.
