Tonight I braved the possiblity of losing connection to host and launched a Me262 what kewl ride, great job HTC.  I found an unsuspecting Lanc at about 15k or so of course I wanted to try out these 30mm I pulled a 2-3 second burst at d.900 with a fast closure and lit that puppy up hit sprites galore in tail section and right wing.  I expected this guy to be toast but all I saw was his outboard engine smoking.  I dove because it woke him up had to make another pass and this time I held trigger down and got him good, he went down.

I just wanted to say that I been noticing this alot lately even with other planes, I see hit sprites but no kill.  Some have said that maybe it was flashes from his guns that I were seeing (HO).  But after an encounter with a P-51 I have hard time believing that statement.  On that occasion I had a shot that raked him from the nose to tail noway could his guns fire at me I was looking down at him seeing the top of his plane and he just kept right on going.

Just wanted to say I see this happening more often than not lately not sure why just wanted to type something.

I'ts been my experience with those 30mm's that If I see a single hit sprite on a fighter he either explodes or goes down missing parts. With bombers I've noticed the same with a 2 second burst, usually racking across the aircraft will yield perdie fireworks   :D
But thats just been my experience.

Concentrate your fire on the wing root area. Especially there!

Rubber bullets....SUCK!

Can't remember, but there were several posts on this in the past and it had something to do with the computer set-up.....
