Theres a novel site called "Hammer Skins" look there before u request skins that we already have

EDIT: It might have been made, but it's not a choice for a skin in the hangar, guess there arent enough slots. There are two 4th FG already in, but not Missouri Kid.

I asked that Skuzzy pull that skin as I did it in 2005 and there were alot of other P-47D11 skins being requested.  It was replaced this past update.
