In does not mean you like it, it means you're "In before the lock".

...Anyway...

Does anyone know how difficult this would be to implement?

It seems to me that they could just have the "search for controllers" line of code, that runs on game boot-up, run again when you press the refresh button.  However, I have no experience with DirectX.  I do feel like I've played DirectX games that automatically and instantly detected a connected controller no matter when.

It's not "all the way" back in, simply press Alt F4, plug it in, then re-enter game, it ain't that hard.

When you pre-load textures, it does takes a bit of time.  Plus I've had servers fill up on me by the time I got out and back in, a nuisance to say the least.

Fly in the other server, then. I'd have to say this is at the least of their worries now.

Not much fun when you know your entire squad was in the one you were just in...

Regardless, if it's as easy as it seems, it seems like a great addition to me.

Well, it's not HTC's fault that you forgot to plug it in now, is it.

Well it's not HTC's fault that the 262 is so much faster than all the other planes, but it got perked! :aok

However, I'm just saying that it seems like a very nice feature to have.  And this being a wishlist, seems like a great place to put it.

Where did the 262 come into play? (By the way, it is their fault, they control how fast the planes go, and their perk price. Just sayin. :) )

You don't have to restart your computer, you know. And if you preload textures, they should still be there when you log in again...
