Google "Linda Tellington-Jones". You will find something about the "T-Touch".
There is one book about that on humans (it'smostly about horses, dogs etc). Find that one.
I think it's some guite to calming massage. Thinking of it for my missus for christmas, since she loves massage.
Just an idea, and she'll never be able to know what she's getting:D
As for just today, oh dear. If she's a reader, a seriously good book. If she's complaining about you having to little time together, take her out. Basically aim for her interests though.
Hope it helps.
BTW, my last birthday present for the missus was (together with many family members, forming the necessary funds)....a greenhouse. Currently fixing it, for it blew over in a hurricane  :uhoh
Next one might be a hot-pot.

Anything for the missus....!
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

I think we disagreed about this one before ~  The Vermont Teddybears advertising is full of sleazy little tramps with the message that "if you buy this bear for your sweetheart, you're sure to get some sex out of it."   I'd be totally offended if my husband ever considered buying one of those.

I have a problem.

It is the misses 37th birthday today. I have never been good at buying good presents. Once a few years back for Christmas I bought her a mop and broom set. Vaccum for Birthday one year. Pot and pans, cook books.

Never been one to buy flowers or trinkets (Use them for special get off the hook presents)

I was thinking about getting a home gym for her this year but wondering if that was bad idea.

Bait (the romantic :rofl )

If she will use the home gym buy it.  Great idea.

I will take one of the girls down town with me and give her this list. :)

I think you are missing the point TXMom was trying to make.  :)

It must come from you.  And Hornet's suggestion about doing some cleaning is spot on.  BUT........

CLEAN ONLY, DO NOT RE-ARRANGE OR MOVE ANYTHING!!!!!!    You would not be helpful by doing this.

Cleaning means dusting, vacuuming, getting rid of dirt, etc.

When is the last time you got laid?  Lack thereof, is proven to be a cause of faulty logic.  :)

Not sure I want to ask any more questions.

In fact, I really should get back to my work before the boss gets irritated.

Maybe train for that marathon while I'm at it, count the floor tiles, ............anything

I've actually given them in the past.

both times, they loved it.
