Her teeth are f*** ugly, but size-wise she's about the same as my girlfriend. I think the issue with size #s is that one size doesn't fit all. By that I mean if my girlfriend for example (Ashlee) was any skinnier, it just wouldn't look right. Whereas, one of our friends (Destinee), who is the same height, would look like a lard-bag if she was half Ashlee's size. Its not about the size per-say, its about the proportions.

The question I ask to answer the too fat/skinny question is something like this:

Would the person's physical stature be an obstacle in an activity with moderate physical activity/coordination, such as road racing, skydiving or downhill mountainbiking?

If the answer is yes, the person is too fat/skinny. Big doesn't necessarily mean fat. Slim doesn't mean skinny.

This girl would have a problem in all three of the examples. No muscle behind the excess weight, therefore it's useless.

Size 16 in the UK is the equivalent to size 14 in the USA.

She weighs more than me. But there's fat and there's big. She looks more big than fat. Nevertheless a very attractive woman.

I just reread the link, that girl is 16yrs old! she looks nearer 26. I was thinking maybe its just puppy fat but looking again its not, shes just plain fat. big thumbs down from me

She is not too fat for the activities that I would have for her..  Plus.. she could probly move the furniture around by herself.
