asked for this a while ago, but do it like ditch/bail if there are enemys in a certain proximity, and you have damage from enemy planes, you lose perks regardless.
but to have this "inshureance" you have to pay a premium lets say 10% of the cost of what the plane currently is, you dont get your premium but you get say a fixed % based on eny at the time. Or you could get a better connetion,

ill elaborate more if i need to i know it sounds kinda complicated
