I managed to get in there tonight.  Congrats to the Allies for flying P-38s and not Spits.  I'm impressed.

49th FG has been making up the bulk of the allies force most nights. They're a P38 squad.

Is the Italian map considered a new campaign or just a continuation of this (ie are the Allied/Axis forums going to be reset)?

We will be getting a week or so off though between north Africa, and Italy right?

I don't know about the rest of you but  ican't stay in "WAR" mode for more than a few weeks at a time.

No week off, we will be rolling right into Italy.

Thanks Vater, this basic planeset with a few modifications will be continuing into the first week of Campaign Series: Italy   Frame 1 The Invasion of Sicily.  Information coming soon.

Heavies will be there.

B25 has been in N. Africa though for the last two weeks and B26 for this week.  So I wouldn't necessarily call it a fighter scenario.  :)

Strat will also be on in Italy to effect downtimes, along with AvA bombsite and possibly some wind at higher alts.

Cool!  Can you please remove me from the Axis forums.  I've got the itch to escort buffs!
