i saw the info on changing your game id. they did not mention anything about keeping your perk points. to be safe i would not change the id you have unless you have a low amount of perks saved.

Yes they do mention it by saying about change involving the normal ramifications.That's only if you care about perk points !
Also this subject is already covered in another thread with a similar name if you would have checked.

perk points are usless to me. i haven't touched em since i've been playing/
