Call me stupid too but I would interpret his comment 'two tours in Iraq' as meaning he toured Iraq twice. Chuck toured the US bases in Iraq twice.

Exactly. Chuck used the term "tour" in a legitimate and commonly used manner. If you know anything at all about him you would know he would never attempt to equate his visits with the service performed by our troops. The democrats are obviously desperate, little good it will do them.
