instead of destroying guns you should have a limited crew of which can man the guns so if a tail gun gets destroyed to nose Gunner can run down the fuselage and man it or navigator or whatever and if you suffer a piolt wound you can let your co piolt take over

no what i mean is instead of gun damage you get crew dammage and as they kill the crew less guns can fire  :salute
