The BBs log your IP address as 1 view no matter how many times you view the thread.

That's not correct.  If you browse back and forth between pages in the thread it does not change the view count.  If browse out and back into a thread, or hit refresh it adds to the view counter.

How about adding an asterisk to the end of their in game name when caught doing this. forfeit all score and zero out all perk points.

Thats a shame someone does this, but if you look really close at many others you will find them to be suspicous of doing the same thing. 
I would like to hope that at least 99% of the players on this game are playing with some level of integrity, but I dont.
