If it were just the Peace Corp... I saw a dozen agencies listed and a lot of them new and he wants to fund them as well or better then the military? Expanding the Government to that point (the dead giveaway was enlisting people of all ages to 'serve') is Socialism bud. No two ifs ands or buts about it.
