The mic is on the amp controller box, not the speaker, maybe?

I did SR for a while and I don't get it either, other than my guess above.

The unit on top is the amp (head)..  The unit on the bottom is the cabinet..  IT contains the speakers..  The head does not...
In this case, this is a "half-stack" for you instrumentally challenged folk (no disrespect intended)...

So, some moron mic'd up the head instead of the cabinet..  Hence, fail....
