go -> Computer -> C: Drive -> Program Files -> HTC -> AcesHighII -> then….
Rename the sounds folder currently in the AcesHighII folder to sounds2 or whatever, then drag and drop the downloaded soundpack into the AHII folder and rename it sounds. That should do it.
Well worth it, I've been using a mix of USRangers and several others for a while now and it really makes a difference.
