? on Trim on launch
« on: October 03, 1999, 10:50:00 AM »

I'm getting the hang of trim no problem - I
think - but I have been wondering if the trim
is set to a predetermined setting for each
plane when it hits the runway for launching.
Are the aileron, rudder and elevator trims
randomly set at launch on to the runway or is
it already preset for each plane for launch?
Or am I supposed to be doing what I have
been and that is centering each and
discovering the best setting for takeoff as
I try each plane?
Also. rudder trim. Is that correct when the
ball is centered in the horizontal "glass"?
Is that called the slip indicator?
 Thanks for any answers...

Theres a preset position to them before take off. We might need to adjust some of the presets for each plane.
