Sounds like it could be a fun idea. Getting points for a rescue would be neat. Perhaps allowing the rescued pilot, boater to "jump" from the boat to the tower at the time of rescue with no penalty would save the time otherwise needed to get them to a friendly base.

Because
1. I don't belive it would be used very frequlently.

2. Is more invloved to do than you might think.

Because of the above there are lots bigger fish to fry. Always rember for every item you wish in the game, somthing else has to wait.
