AH wont start up

Hello everyone

I recently had my windows XP get goofed up but did a system restoration and it's working fine.  I tried to start AH from my desktop and it wouldn't work.  I got a little box on my screen that said this:

Initialization Failed with -9
Main WLD_Failed -1

What in the world does this mean and I how do I fix it

The game cannot find its resources to start.  Usually caused by an incorrect installation (i.e. moved the installation to another folder without reinstalling it as an example).

Should I remove the game entirely and redownload it again?
