Touring's not a bad idea, finding the right group to hang with is definitely important.

Tool, I am sorry to hear that you are going to be going into the witness protection program. You were one of those that really took the time to help me and let me fly with you and the squad when I first logged in a few months back and I appriciate it! Most people just drop their squad designation so for you "TOOL" would work....

as for purpose...either you are having fun or you aren't.  My squadmates are fun to hang out with so i have fun...the aircombat/basetaking/gv'ing all becomes repetitive over time...

I don't move to other countries because I don't NEED to...enough guys i like and enjoy being around where I am.  My suspicion is they (other countries) are all the same anyway.  I'm more of a loner as a fiter so winging up with someone is not a priority.

We all know base taking is for dweebs :D  I'd suggest you stay away from those types unless you need
to lower your standards to flying NOE, finding undefended bases, and vulching all just to win the war.... :lol
