262 crash landing.
« on: October 02, 2008, 04:16:51 AM »
just came in from a test flight vs some lancs. coming into land, perfect touch down and rolling out at 100mph do a slight turn with rudder to keep it straight on runway and one of the gears broke, which aint uncommon since my X52 spikes on the rudder sometimes.

However instead of sliding on the wing/engine and maybe sliding off the runway, my plane sunk into the runway (no damage to engine/wing) before killing me. :(

bug? or me just plain unlucky? lol

I just tried crash landing with several diff gear states - could not reproduce what happened to you.

I think i was just unlucky.

only thing i can guess is trying it again on same base while offline mode (ie maybe it was a map error) but i think its just my luck :D
