How many players are on aces high?

I was just curious. I notice a total of around 500 online in the various arenas when I log on, that seems really low considering it's a world wide game. Are there several different servers? Or is this top secret info?

Prime time US can get the numbers up around 1000, but thats about it for now. Flight sims like this one don't appeal to the mass population. Kids don't have the patience to learn the complexities of flying and fighting. Most game servers feature kids, thankfully not this one Even so, with the 500-1000 people on its always easy to find a fight !

I don't believe rank has anything to do with the number of members as there is often a few players with the same rank score.

It does in a way.  It does not total the number of members in the community, however it DOES total the number of members that were active that month.  Activity for the month begins as soon as you hit Hanger or a Runway.

With that said, the total number of active members in Aces High II each month is somewhere between 4300 and 4900.

This should give you a good idea of how many people actually play the game and are active.

Don't forget, not everyone flys in the main every tour.

Lots of guys pretty much only fly TA,DA or SEA.

A conservative guess would be someplace in the 6 - 10,000 paying accts range.
