Its a error, or one room is for "over flow" or is a downright bug and should not be displayed twice.

I hope they aren't a bug, it would be great to have multiple SEAs available for events when you aren't interested in the current "thing".  I think the SEA schedule is normally packed, it would be nice to have some flexibility.
