I don't believe any debate has ever attracted 70 million viewers. Still, it doesn't appear to have affected the polls all that much.

Sandy I believe the closer we get to election day the more the polls will swing to the rep ticket. Why? They don't want to look so far off when rep. wins.

Im conceding that Obama will most likely be the next president and I will support him until he screws up one time then I am going to be the dog on his ankle from that point on.

Americans watched the debate to see if Palin will self-destruct... or not.

I don't believe anyone has ever recovered from a 7% deficit this late in the game.

That's like wishing for the LA lakers to beat Boston Celtics on Game 7 2008 NBA Finals

Do what I did when I watched the NBA Finals... just sit back... and watch as they self-destruct :aok

What Yeager said.  I'll be just as supportive and respectful of Obama, on the day he takes office, as the democrats have been of Bush since he was sworn in.

But he'll have to have a nickname.  "Chimpey" is already taken, and would be inappropriate in Obama's case at any rate.

Hmm...gotta think a bit.

I am planning to vote for McCain as many times as necessary to ensure a McCain victory.  I encourage others to do likewise.

And I know people who moved to Las Vegas 2 months earlier to flip this state upside down to Obama.

Did Palin actually answer a question?  Biden was excellent, he answered the questions head on, and provided facts.  He clearly laid out there plans, providing statistical data. He proved himself as a great debate and a gentleman.  Big time Biden win!  :aok
