Was wondering if anyone had a neon green dot (about the size of the dot in the center of the default sight) that they use as a gunsight.

You can also edit a current gunsight with MS Paint.  Just open the gunsight in your Aces High folder for gunsights with MS Paint, edit the color and modify the gunsight appearance.  Save it, and you are set.
