If they were for GVs only, yes. If they're for all country objects that can move, no.

I say no, not even for just gvs. Think that 1 flak is no longer a threat without a turret and no supplies? Nope, all he has to do is sit on the rearm pad. If you asking it for planes, it just wouldn't work. If you go into the tower at a gv base, there's no aircraft anything to begin with. How would you rearm something when you have nothing of that at that base?

The ability to resupply a GV, either on or off-base, is accomplished easily enough with an M3 and vehicle supplies. In a typical GV fight where resupplying is necessary, there's also players dying and re-upping, and it takes only a couple of minutes of precious trigger-time to run an M3 around the base and drop supplies.

Strategically thinking players will drop supplies before an attack takes place.

In some instances, our squad has run M3s out into the trees with supplies and had them wait until they were needed. This comes in handy when the VH are taken down.

I've also noticed that in most instances, in the middle of a GV fight, someone will usually (and willingly) run supplies out to the GVs if the pressure is heavy, or if someone asks for support to land kills.

What I wouldn't mind seeing, is the ability to return to a GV base and move out to a spawn point without having to land and respawn. This would allow players with one kill and nothing happening, to move to another area to add to his total without driving 25 miles. Obviously, I don't think a player could be allowed to warp to a spawn point if the base is flashing.

I'll settle for a larger pad to aid in turning around when re-arming. (I aways catch a wing on those darn fuel tanks)

This would be bad. Bases would be 10x harder to take. and anyways that is the whole point of having supplies.

i can list the neverending abundance of people in bishland alone that would sit on the re-arm pad and unlimited ammo shoot, if we could have it set to a minute b4 resupply like planes have 30seconds, maybe, maybe make it 2 or 3 tops, then i'd say yes to this.... (you can always turret the vehicle when they got no supps, itll take care of the problem just like it always did

Why?

You already have the ability to have someone drop supplys for you.

Or drop them yourself early if you like.

No, not needed.

..So the masses of Wirblewheels can continuously rotate on and off the pad with a virtually unlimited supply of anti-Jug airmail? No.

Not for GVs, you kidding? Never for GVs. Make it for planes, and it only reloads fuel and 1/2 their ammo load. No ord.

With a rearm pad at a Vbase you'd never be able to shut a V base down. Period.

Current system once you take troops out and supplys are used up you can eventually shut it down and capture it.

Totally unbalancing.
