There's a boatload of members of this board that have been around before 2001.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

HeHeHe I just had to get your goat Meatwad. In 01 I was39 years old, and I never got playing til after my dad died in 02. I'm sure there are some of your old post stored on some hard drive somewhere, but I wouldn't bank on it. I have smashed a few hard drives in the last 10 years. The FBI, and the local police can't read a smashed hard drive. Big brother got to big. Keep going forward and forget sbout your past.

think again - Ive seen HDs where the alloy casing has melted in the heat of a house fire and 90% of the data was recoverable, same with dumped heads and scratched platters - you'd be surprised how hard it is to destroy data (unless its really important and you dont want to lose it of course...)  :uhoh

I do a wipe with DBAN using the guttman method once a year, information then becomes non-recoverable.

Meatwad, I don't even think that you know what Google is. I think you just come in here to make threads and annoy people. All fine and dandy. HTC lost some of the stupid crap I said over the years( thank God for that), and I said plenty . But you continue to harass, and abuse writers. HTC likes you, and they get a kick out of you over lunch reading the posts. There was not a bulletin board in 2001. I think you finally lost your mind.
Oh, wow.

Boy a lot of names I havent seen in a long time.

I still miss the big missions Ripsnort used to pull off  :)

Come on back, Rip....even I rejoined for the winter season!  I'm still zooming around in my P-51B or Lanc'ing any fleet I can find.
