Got a ride request email in the inbox today.  All addresses in the CC line.

USE THE SPECIAL EVENTS RIDE REQUESTS UTILITY!  USE BCC FOR GROUP EMAILS.

Viper61 sent out the e-mail just in case some people forgot to update their requests on the SE ride requests page.  He also wanted to get a fairly decent guesstimate as to how many squad members would be showing up.  He knew that we could use the average and commitment levels, but maybe giving the squad CO's another chance to possibly provide some more info for planning.

I'll let him know about the BCC just in case he didn't see it.

Yeah please use the BBC function, it will cut down on the spam we all tend to get, I'm not sure if most people are aware, but that's the main reason for using the BBC function on the SE site.
