stoping point?
« on: October 16, 2008, 08:14:31 AM »
So a lot of people dont want planes that are after WW2 and many dont want annything before as well. What will happen in about 15 years??? will HTC ever run out of planes to make and put into the game???? Just a question, and i dont need and smartasses to answer.
The Corsair's distinctive sound, which earned it among the Japanese the nick-name of "Whistling Death", partly because of the engine sound, that was caused by the wing-root inlets for engine air.
-in other words American planes kick butt!!!-

There are HUNDREDS of aircraft and variants that HTC could put into the AH2 sim/game.  If they ever get to the point of scratching their heads and womdering "uh-oh, now what do we add?", I think they'll expand a couple fo ways:

First, they'll improve flight models and graphics to the point of being insanely accurate.

Secondly, they'll put more detail and emphesis on the ground game and improve it as much as possible.

Third, HTC will hopefully engage in designing more strat targets, bases with varied layouts, and weather/night effects.

Hopefully, it doesnt take them to run out of aircraft to add or develope the above thoughts... but ya never know.   :)

The way its going I think we'll see the B-52s that dropped the nuclear bomb over Hiroshima and Nagasaki in game before the He-111.

Sorry BoSoxFan, But they were B-29's not B-52 that dropped the bombs on Japan.  The B-52 wasn't even invented yet!

No you're wrong I know what I'm talking about. I fly FA/18s for the CIA after all, and my daddy flew the B-52 that dropped the nuclear bomb on Hiroshima.
