there seems to be too many tracers in AH, if you look at ww2 footage from any aircraft you will not see one fifth the tracers you see in AH, the historical is not what bothers me though, what bugs me is that they obscure the target alot of time, the only option of course it to turn them completly off which and then your shooting blind (so to speak)
why not have tracer amount an option?
you could set in in the conversion area.
When I fly fighter its usually the 51, I would choose to have only the inner 2 of the six guns firing tracers.
Or how about being able to choose the tracer interval? like was done IRL, where you could choose the ratio of normal rounds to tracers, i.e. every 5th round a tracer, or every 10th round a tracer..etc.
It would look much cooler, and would be more realistic.
not a big issue, just something to think about.
