I was going to PM Fencer about this, but thought I better go ahead and let everyone know.
If you use SBCGlobal or MCHSI as you email service, you will not ever get email notifications about skins from us.
Many of SBCGlobal's email servers simply reject the email claiming a "data format error". I have been using Sendmail for a very long time and no ISP has ever had any issues with Sendmail being used for email, until now. No other ISP reports this type of problem, and it does not appear to be all of SBCGlobal's servers, but it does seem to be all of the old Prodigy servers.
MCHSI simply rejects any attempt to send email to them.
Yahoo deliberately takes up to a week for email to be accepted for delivery and then it will end up in your SPAM folder.
The problem this is causing occurs when you want to update a skin, or when you think youre skin has never been received and you send it in again. You never get the skin reference number so it makes it all but impossible for us to manage the skins. We cannot always use the name on the clipboard as it can be the same for several skins.
Right now, Gmail seems to be the only free email service which works reliably enough. That is not an endorsement.
About the best I can do is to accept new skins from those email addresses, but reject any updates as you will not have a skin reference number.
