                                              Heavy Metal Sunday is here again THIS Sunday!!
Last Heavy Metal Sunday betty and gat76 kicked some butt in Thunder Dome!! Somehow A8Nisky claimed he was Mad Max after that frame ... hope he is recovered by now!  :lol Congrats again guys! It was a blast!!

Two teams "Eye's Of Newt's " vs "Toe's Of Frog's"


Short Description:

October 26th

SEA #1
6:30 Eastern
5:30 Central
4:30 Mountain
3:30 Pacific

Format: Capture The Flag
Frames: 3 @ 30 minutes each
Map: Arden08
Fields: TBD
Vehicles: TBD
Hangar downtimes: TBD
Hangar Hardness: TBD
Lives:(reups) Unlimited with 30 second reup delay
KillerShooter: ON
ACK Lethality: .001


Description:
Team based event with each team attacking the other teams home base in the attempt to "capture the flag". To capture the flag, a team must destroy all 3 Vehicle hangars on the base. Each team will launch with identical vehicles available to them. Teams will spawn from their respective Hangars and and attack the opposing team's base. Teams are allowed to have to keep Vehicles behind to defend, and they may also send Vehicles to camp opposing forces hangars.

I really enjoyed them when they were in the DA but since it's gone to SEA I keep missing them.  Maybe I had my times wrong.

It was a total blast last HMS. I almost got to finish the race on the 2nd heat dam you nightmare J/K. I will be there for the mayhem sunday.

Hiya kilz! Heavy Metal Sunday is a completely different event then Sloehand's Sir. Don't think of it as taken more like in addition to. I hope to see you one of these Sundays for Tank Klub. Blitzkrieg is a GV event I run with 4440 aka Dewie in the SEA one Sunday a month. It is a split event split with Endurance Air Racing and even if I do say so myself it is AWESOME!! I was a racer before a hoster so I can speak from experience they are a blast. Not sure if you know this but, this season started a point system that can get you into the 68KO annual cup race. This means you don't have to race in the league on Tuesdays only to get in. This could be a one Sunday a month opportunity to fly for the cup!! (depending on where you stand in the Enduro's at the end of the season) I flew for the cup once WoW what a rush! <S> 68K0. Well, anyway back on subject you are a member here already http://hmsunday.freeforums.org/ so if that hour difference is something you can pull off we would love to have you tearin it up for a team this Sunday in Capture The Flag!
