Today’s auction finds 10-30-08.
« on: October 31, 2008, 04:58:18 PM »
Howdy all! Another interesting day at the auctions. (I go to a bunch of estate auctions. I get some stuff for me & some stuff to sell on ebay to pay for the hobby.)

Yesterday I picked up an Erma .22 Luger clone. An early model with the wood grips. I didn’t have any .22s so this is just something to plink with… I had to pay just over 200 bucks for it, so it wasn’t a GREAT deal.

The good lady wife might have questioned the money spent on the gun… But I also brought home a very nice Selmer special wood clarinet for forty bucks. Our daughter is in the high school band and this is much, MUCH better that the plastic beginners instrument that she had been using (at a FRACTION of the price) so I scored MAJOR points at home with both of the girls!

I guess they will let me go again next week!

My password at work had to contain exactly 8 characters… I chose Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Ive been wondering how much my grandmothers Armstrong flute is worth. Its pure silver and I have threatened to have it appraised and somehow never have.
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

Nice buys there. Please let us know how the pistol works out. I am rather jealous frankly.

Cool buy there.  My wife family has a Luger that was given to a member of the family.  He was a POW and the CO of the camp handed his Luger to him when the camp was librated.  The army filmed a reenactment of it too. i will try to find the video of it and post it.
