Thanks again Skuzzy i did as instructed and my isp has escalated me to their level 3 support where i finally got some answers just like you said problems in my routing. I appreciate you pointing out this being my problem and directing me to the source of it. I am working with RR on this matter and hope to have it fixed soon. If i have any new news i will post on it, otherwise thanks to all and this should conclude my requests for help in this post. Big Salute!
