I have no problem with people choosing the Spitfire as their plane of choice....  Their 15 bucks....  Do what thou whilst....
However, in retrospect, what I do have a problem with is the guy who can't "get the job done" with any other ride, yet still thinks the
world of himself....
I'm a 38 driver by choice....  However, on that rare occasion when I decide to up a Spit (either a I, V, IX, VIII or XIV...NEVER a XVI), I find it rather simple and, to be honest, easy in most cases...Especially with a little alt...
Now, please, no one be offended by this as it's just my opinion that I'm sure many share with me..  I think the majority of you guys who fly the XVI exclusively really feel the need to be "good" or seen as "good"...  But, let's face it...  The Spixteen is a VERY forgiving aircraft and doesn't require much of anything to be good in....  How about trying to fly something that's actually challenging instead of the uber-trainer XVI...
Again, just my two schillings....
each aircraft takes its own set of skills to fly well.
i die in the 38 a lot. hopefully, with help, that'll be less this tour.
