I got a private rant from GTR, calling me and my squad mate russian pigs or smthin.. even though we're not russian lol!
Wingzero makes cheesy comments when he dies sometimes, something relating to 'polish way' or something similar, even thought hes french. Go figure!
Doom however was the most creepy of them all. He private voxed me and started blabbering out some uncomprehensible jibberish. I thought I was receiving a message from beyond. Really creeped me out and resulted in an instant squelch plus report.
There have been others But these ones stick on my mind the most.

man santaana your a lucky guy!!  I would love a rant from GTR I know I get his Gumi bear brothers all worked up      Kazwrf is my favourite.

The only time I've had someone tune private vox to me was from someone after I'd spent at least 15  minutes climbing to 25K+ in a Fw 190 A8 and a further 15 mintues disecting his flight of 24s.

I think I only got two before I had to RTB with damage. He tuned vox to me and said that he was impressed with how I made attack passes with survival in mind rather than just dead-6ing it and blazing away with all the cannons.

So, my only private vox incident was when someone said something positive to me.

Am I doing something wrong?

must be, ive never really had a positive comment, just those "your a HO-tard" after people lose spit 16's to f4u out of their stupidity to HO, or those "vulcher" because they up at a capped base. whats the point in whining over something stupid, is it keyboard egos or something? i whine from time to time, but its for more than a HO, its like a pick, ho run rinse and repeat kinda deal, not just one thing, and even then i dont really whine compared to what ive seen.

Yup, he gave me the private vox rant when I shot him down with a Ki-61 over the furball lake.

I don't mind pm's, but the vox rant is kind of creepy.

Yea I got the "there's candy in my van" rant. he also sent me pictures of him dressed up as an engorged pogo the clown.

You guys really need to report abusive private messages with an email to Skuzzy.  It should contain a screenshot, or time of incident for text.  Or a brief film clip for vox.  It is impossible for a third party to mod private messages live.

The question isn't whether it bothers you personally.  The real question is do you want these people badly impressing potential new players with their behavior, and allowing them to set the tone of this community.  HTC's answer is that they do not.
